Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While I appreciated the budget-friendly price and great location near the subway, the cleanliness and condition of the room left much to be desired. The shared bathroom was not pleasant, and I encountered a few maintenance issues. Overall, I would consider it a decent place for a tight budget, but it could have been cleaner and more comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay, with clean and cozy rooms that offered the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the subway and several great dining spots. The service was a bit inconsistent, with one receptionist being particularly unhelpful, but overall, it was a decent stay, especially considering the affordable price. However, not all rooms matched the online photos, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel was a decent option for a budget stay in NYC, very close to public transport, which made getting around easy. I found the room to be clean and the service friendly, but it did feel a bit noisy at times. The lack of breakfast was a letdown, but there were plenty of good eateries nearby. Overall, it's a solid choice if you don't have high expectations.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel after booking in advance due to an emergency. Despite paying upfront, I was denied check-in solely because I wasn't an international traveler. The situation worsened with a very dismissive attitude from the front desk staff. It seems they took my money but didn't want to accommodate my needs. On the other hand, I also enjoyed a lovely stay at Royal Park Hotel where the cleanliness, welcoming environment, and prime location made it an excellent place for my vacation. The service was remarkable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience.
The hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are basic, and don't expect high-end amenities, but they were cleaned daily. The shared bathrooms could use some improvements, and there was a bit of noise from the heating system. While it served the purpose for a short stay, it’s not ideal if you’re looking for extra comfort.
